Software teams that ship, and stay to support it.

Creaveel Technologies Private Limited is an information technology and software services company. We do computer programming, technology consultancy and the unglamorous engineering work that keeps a product running once the launch post is old.

About Creaveel

A small team that behaves like part of yours.

We are an information technology and software services company registered in Thane, Maharashtra, working out of Wagle Industrial Estate. Our practice covers computer programming, technology consultancy and related solutions — from a single integration to a full product platform.

We deliberately keep the team small and senior. That means fewer projects at a time, direct access to the people writing the code, and a delivery record we can actually stand behind.

  • Senior engineers on every project — no bench-filling
  • Written scope, written estimates, written handover
  • Mainstream, maintainable technology choices
  • Support agreements with a defined response window

Services

Programming, consultancy, and everything between

Most clients come to us with one of these six problems. Many end up with two.

Custom software development

Web platforms, internal systems, dashboards and workflow tools built to a written specification — architected first, coded second, documented throughout. We work in two-week cycles with a working demo at the end of each one, so progress is something you see rather than something you are told about.

Technology consultancy

An outside read on your architecture, stack, cost and delivery process — with a written recommendation you can act on.

Web & mobile engineering

Responsive front-ends and cross-platform mobile applications built for real devices and real network conditions.

System integration

Connecting ERPs, CRMs, payment gateways and third-party APIs so data moves without a human copying it.

Quality & testing

Automated test suites, regression coverage and release checks so shipping stops being a nervous event.

Cloud & DevOps

Deployment pipelines, environment management, monitoring and cost review — so releases are repeatable and infrastructure spend is understood rather than assumed.

Maintenance & support

Ongoing patching, dependency updates, incident response and small enhancements under a monthly agreement with a named engineer and an agreed response time.

How we work together

Three ways to engage us

Pick the shape that matches the certainty of your requirement, not the size of your budget.

Model 01

Fixed-scope project

Quoted / per statement of work
  • Requirements documented and signed off first
  • Fixed price, fixed deliverables, fixed date
  • Change requests priced separately and transparently
  • Warranty period after delivery

Best when you know exactly what you need built.

Model 02 · Most chosen

Dedicated team

Monthly / per engineer
  • Named engineers allocated to you full time
  • Your backlog, your priorities, your ceremonies
  • Scale the team up or down with notice
  • Weekly reporting on delivery and blockers

Best for evolving products with a roadmap that shifts.

Model 03

Consultancy & audit

From 2 weeks / per engagement
  • Architecture, code and infrastructure review
  • Cost and performance analysis with evidence
  • Written findings ranked by risk and effort
  • Optional implementation support afterwards

Best when you need an honest second opinion.

Sectors

Where our work tends to land

Domain familiarity shortens discovery. These are the areas we have spent the most time in.

01

Manufacturing & logistics

Production tracking, inventory visibility, dispatch planning and integrations with existing ERP systems.

02

Retail & commerce

Storefronts, order management, catalogue tooling and reconciliation between channels and warehouses.

03

Professional services

Client portals, document workflows, billing systems and internal tools that replace spreadsheet processes.

04

Healthcare operations

Appointment and records systems built with access control and audit trails treated as first-class requirements.

05

Education technology

Learning platforms, assessment tooling and administrative systems that hold up during enrolment peaks.

06

Software product firms

Extra engineering capacity for teams with a roadmap longer than their hiring pipeline.

Delivery process

Five stages, repeated on every engagement

Nothing exotic. The value is that it happens the same way every time, and that you can see where a project stands without asking.

Stage 01

Discovery & requirements

Workshops with the people who will use the system, a review of what exists, and a written requirement document you approve.

Stage 02

Architecture & estimate

Technical design, data model, integration map and infrastructure plan — with the estimate derived from it, not guessed before it.

Stage 03

Build in cycles

Two-week iterations, code review on every change, automated tests on the critical paths, and a demo at the close of each cycle.

Stage 04

Testing & release

Functional, regression and load testing on a staging environment that mirrors production, then a planned release with a rollback path.

Stage 05

Support & iteration

Monitoring, patching and enhancement work under a support agreement — with full handover documentation whether you keep us or not.

What working with us is like

They asked harder questions during discovery than any vendor we had spoken to, and the estimate they gave us turned out to be the one we paid.

P. DeshmukhDirector, Manufacturing

Our old system was held together by one consultant nobody could reach. Creaveel documented it, rebuilt the fragile parts and handed us the keys.

The dedicated team model worked because they pushed back when a request did not make sense. That is worth more than agreement.

FAQ

The questions we get asked first

Straight answers, including the ones that occasionally cost us a project.

Ask something else

Discovery work can usually begin within one to two weeks. Full delivery teams depend on current allocation — we will tell you a real date rather than a comfortable one.

Yes, and often. We start with a paid code and infrastructure audit so both sides understand what we are inheriting before committing to a delivery plan.

You do, on payment of the agreed fees. Repositories are created under your organisation from day one and the assignment terms are written into the contract.

They usually do. Changes go through a short written change request with cost and schedule impact stated before any work starts, so nothing is a surprise on the invoice.

Yes. We sign mutual NDAs before detailed discovery, work on least-privilege access, and keep client data segregated with access logged.

Yes — we deliver remotely across India and internationally, with periodic on-site visits where the engagement warrants it.

Let's scope it properly before anyone writes code.

A 30-minute call is usually enough to tell whether we are the right team for your problem — and we will say so if we are not.
